Your email service is still SwishEmail.
The move to the new Webmail does not change your SwishEmail address, mailbox identity, or the core email service. It simply gives you a better way to access and manage your mailbox in the browser.

- IMAP and SMTP settings remain available.
- Mobile app access remains supported.
- No ads inside your mailbox.

What you can do in Webmail
One place for your mailbox and account access.
Webmail is now the main place to sign in, create an account, reset your password, read and send email, manage contacts, and update mailbox settings.
Login and register
New account creation and login now happen through Webmail instead of the old website login and registration pages.
Read and send mail
Access your inbox, folders, conversations, replies, attachments, and outgoing mail from the browser.
Manage settings
View mailbox preferences, account options, and email server settings from the Settings page inside Webmail.
